Robert was sired on April 4, 1965, in New York City. His father, Robert Downey sr. He used to be an actor, writer, and director, while his mother, Elsie Ann, was an actress who took part in many of her husband’s films. Downey has an older sibling sister, Allyson. After two years, he aborted another order. He was jailed again in California substance abuse treatment facility and state prison; however, he was released earlier at a cash bail of $5000.

After his release, he joined the show Ally Mcbeal, and he managed to take home the golden globe as the best supporting actor in the television film. However, during the Thanksgiving weekend of 2000, he was arrested as intoxicated and found cocaine and valium. In April 2001, he was arrested by LAPD officers due to the suspense that he was under the influence of something as he was sported walking barefooted in Culver City. However, he was released after few hours. Later he was fired from Ally Mcbeal due to the arrest, and he was sent for drug rehab and put on three years’ probation.
