Curtis Wilson Crowe is an American singer, musician, songwriter, actor, director and producer. He was born and is the lead vocalist for the famous American rock band The Army. He dwells in the genres of pop rock, folk rock, punk rock, alternative rock and hard rock as well as funk metal, glam metal and heavy metal.

Lineage
Curtis was born in Los Angeles, California, on January 23rd, 2000, to Cameron Crowe and Nancy Wilson. His father was a famous American Academy award winner, author, actor, director, producer and journalist who hit fame with his contribution in the famous movie Jerry Maguire. Cameron was also known for his autobiographical project, Almost Famous which gave an insight to his life as a writer for the band The Rolling Stones.
Curtis’s mother Nancy Lamoureaux Wilson was also an American musician, songwriter, producer, singer, and film composer who rose to fame as a guitarist and back-up vocalist for the rock band Heart. Thanks to his parents, Curtis came of many mixed origins including French, Greek, Scottish, Canadian, Irish, German and more. He has a twin brother called William James Crowe, alias Billy J. Crowe, who is also an American musicianand the Co-founder of the rock band The Army.
The Band Army
Growing up, brothers Curtis and William were inspired by bands and musicians like The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, The Guess Who, Pearl Jam, The High Numbers, Zeppelin, Purple Snakes, Nickelback, Cream, Jefferson Airplane, Hoobastank, Bôa, Faith No More, Neil Young, The Dives, Pop Evil, Breaking Benjamin, Deftones, James Gang, Cibo Matto, Strummer and Legacy. The Army was formed in Los Angeles in 2018 by Curtis and his twin brother (William) Billy J. Crowe.
The band includes Curtis W. Crowe as lead vocalist, Billy J. Crowe as rhythm guitarist and backing vocalist, Saul Hunter as the lead guitarist and backing vocalist. Andrew Harrington-McGraw plays the bass guitar while Steven Coletti is the band’s drummer and percussionist.
Personal Life
Curtis became engaged in a relationship in 2020 with Chase Anela Rolison, a member of the girl band 2nd Nature. Chase is also an American songwriter, singer, actress, author and executive producer.
